By using Freelarc, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the client, invoice, and financial information you enter. Freelarc is a record-keeping and document-generation tool, not a substitute for professional accounting or legal advice.
Invoices, estimates, and other documents generated by the app are based entirely on information you provide. Freelarc does not verify amounts, tax rates, or client details on your behalf.
You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with its normal operation.
You sign in with Google to use Freelarc. On Pro, your data is backed up to the cloud under your account; you are responsible for keeping your Google account secure, since anyone signed in to it can access this backed-up data.
Pro and Premium plans are paid subscriptions billed monthly or yearly through the app store you downloaded Freelarc from. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled beforehand, and refunds are handled per your app store's own refund policy. You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the current billing period. When a Pro or Premium plan ends and is not renewed, your account moves to the Free plan: your data stays on your phone, but cloud backup stops. Your existing cloud backup is kept for 6 months so you can renew and get it back; after that it is permanently deleted. Freelarc reminds you in the app and with a notification 7 days before the deletion.
Features may be added, changed, or removed over time as the app evolves. We'll aim to keep your existing data intact across updates.
Freelarc is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for business losses arising from reliance on figures generated by the app.
