Data We Store

Freelarc stores your business records — clients, invoices, estimates, tasks, services, expenses, goals, and dues — primarily on your own device. This includes names, contact details, and financial figures you enter yourself. On the Free plan your business records stay on your phone only. We keep just your account details (your name, email, phone number and business details from your profile and company settings) so we can run and support your account. On Pro and above it is also backed up securely to the cloud (Google Firebase) under your own Google account, so it isn't lost if you lose or reset your phone. If your Pro plan ends, we keep your cloud backup for 6 months so you can renew and get it back, and then permanently delete it. You are reminded in the app and by a notification 7 days before.

Google Sign-In

Freelarc uses Google Sign-In only to identify your account and, on Pro, to keep your cloud backup. We receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google — nothing more. Your Google password is never seen or stored by Freelarc.

How Your Data Is Used

Your data is used solely to power the app's features: generating invoices and estimates, tracking tasks, dues and expenses, and producing reports. It is never sold, and is not shared with third parties for advertising.

Exporting & Deleting Your Data

You can export your Clients, Invoices, Tasks, and Estimates (and, on Pro, your Income & Expenses) as CSV files at any time from Settings → Backup, Restore & Export. Settings → Danger Zone lets you delete all your data, on your phone and any cloud backup, or delete your account entirely. You can also ask us to delete it via Settings → Help & Support.

Device Permissions

Features like attaching a photo, importing contacts, or sharing a file each request the relevant device permission (Photos, Contacts, Storage) only when you use that specific feature, and only for that purpose.

Third-Party Services

Freelarc uses Google Firebase (Authentication and Firestore database) to provide sign-in and cloud backup. Firebase processes data under Google's own privacy and security practices. We do not use any advertising or analytics-tracking SDKs.

Children's Privacy

Freelarc is intended for freelancers and business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
